Allowed Build Styles: 11th to 19th Century (1000s–1800s)¶
Players do not have to advance through time periods, but it is an option for those who wish to show progression in their builds.
This theme sets the limits on what can be built—ensuring consistency across the server.
🌿 Phase 1: Early to Late Medieval (1000s–1500s)
- Castles, fortified towns, wooden and stone houses.
- Gothic churches, market squares, windmills, and watermills.
- Weaponry: Bows, crossbows, early gunpowder weapons (hand cannons, arquebuses).
🏙️ Phase 2: Renaissance & Baroque (1500s–1700s)
- Larger cities with more intricate architecture.
- Bridges, fountains, clock towers, and early paved roads.
- Shipbuilding expands (large wooden ships, galleons, naval ports).
🏭 Phase 3: Early Industrial Era (1700s–1800s)
- Red brick buildings, steel structures, industrial warehouses.
- Railroads & steam power introduced (basic steampunk vibes, but nothing modern).
- Factories exist but remain low-tech—no electric lights, smokestacks, or full automation.
🚫 What’s NOT Allowed (Post-1800s Tech)
- Building things that depict electricity, cars, or modern machinery.
- Building steel skyscrapers, neon signs, high-tech factories.
- Building Modern-style warfare (automatic weapons, tanks, explosives beyond early cannons).
📜 How to Handle Lore & Progression
- Each nation can choose whether to advance or stay within one time period.
- If a nation advances, they must explain it in their lore (e.g., discovery of new resources, trade influence).
- Players are encouraged to roleplay technological progress realistically—no jumping from castles to steam trains overnight.
